The house was recently renovated and has everything you need to enjoy a beach vacation. You will have a spacious back yard with a HEATED pool to enjoy the cool nights and plenty of room inside for the whole family. Conveniently located near Atlantic and Neptune beach for some shopping and fun!
Single level house is built for entertaining and relaxing with a fantastic outdoor area, fully stocked kitchen, and a dedicated dining room. The home sleeps 10 guests across 4 bedrooms.
The property also has a washer and dryer with laundry pods for your use.

Please inquire about early check-in or late check-out at the time of booking as cleanings are scheduled when the booking happens and cannot be re-scheduled.

Street parking is not allowed in this residence for short term rentals however we do have space for up to 3 vehicles in the driveway and garage.
All pets must be approved and there is a pet fee. Additional pet fees may apply based on breed, size and number of pets. Please ask about pets before booking.
Pool Heating: In climates where average daily high air temperatures aren`t sufficient to maintain the pool water in recommended 77-80 degree range, a pool heater is required for comfortable swimming. In NE Florida we have days where we do not reach air temperatures that will allow the pool heaters to work properly. Because heat pumps transfer heat instead generating it with combustion, they`re most effective in climate zones where the average daily air temperatures during pool season are greater than 50 degrees F. During the winter months, it will be almost impossible to keep the pool temperature comfortable enough to swim as we have days where the temperature dips down into the 30-degree range. Please temper expectations based on the climate and average weather temps for this region before booking.

One dog under 50 lbs allowed with a $175 non-refundable fee. Pets must not be left alone unless kenneled, and are not allowed on furniture. Guests must clean up the yard during their stay. Additional cleaning or damage fees may apply.

All refunds are subject to a non-refundable 3.9% processing fee (per Stripe’s policy).
To ensure you will have a 5-star experience, we require a rental agreement to be signed upon booking. The agreement will need to be signed before check in information is provided.

The house was a nice layout for 9 of us . Everyone was comfortable sleeping . The two tables inside and out provided for big family meals . And the pool was a nice addition . Upon arriving about 8 lights were out but bulbs were provided but not sure why so many . We had to fix somethings ourselves in the kitchen too and go out and purchase tools ..communication was great when we realized there was not enough plates and silver ware and bowls . We were accommodated and brought the supplies needed.Only complaint is parking . The garage is not big enough if you have 2 trucks . We had 3-4 vehicles and apparently parking is not allowed on the street . So when family came over for our thanksgiving meals , that created a problem . However many of the neighbors were having holiday celebrations all weekend and parking in front of our house too and we received all the blame. Other than that , the stay was lovely and pet friendly for the 2 bulldogs that enjoyed their stay as well.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely house. Our 2 grandkids loved the pool and the bunk beds.
We enjoyed the quiet setting and it was close to the beach. Enjoyed the many chairs around the pool and the outdoor dining table in the shade. We would stay here again!
