Welcome to the beach house, just a 10min walk (0.5 miles) to the sand of South Jax Beach. 3 bed /2 bath that can sleep up to 11 adults + a crib. Full kitchen/cooking supplies & indoor washer & dryer. Large fenced-in, grassy backyard. Walking distance from dining, shopping & Sunshine Park. A short drive to Ponte Vedra, Atlantic Beach, & Neptune Beach. Quiet, safe neighborhood. 10min drive to the Mayo Clinic & TPC Sawgrass. TVs equipped w/ Netflix & YouTube TV. $75 pet fee.
Wake up and walk to the beach passing by our favorite local coffee shop and other restaurants. Our location makes it easy to get anywhere at the beach or in town!
