You’re a short walk to many coffee shops, restaurants, bars and the sand. Less than 4 miles away from Mayo Clinic. Your place is very clean and has a modern, coastal vibe. Everything you need including 5 beach chairs, umbrella, grill and kitchen essentials!
The Space:
Perfect location for everything you need. It is walking distance to the beach, coffee shops, grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. This clean and freshly updated home includes smart TVs with Peacock and fast Wi-Fi!
The kitchen is complete with appliances, cooking ware, dining sets, Keurig coffee maker, and everything you will need to feel at home!
There is a guest manual with a local's guide including our favorite places such as Taco Lu, Casa marina rooftop for sunset, and best brunch spots.
Both of the clean and updated bathrooms have towels provided for each guest as well as soap and shampoo.
There is a patio furniture set perfect to have a cup of coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the evening to enjoy the ocean breeze! The Casa Coco has a greenery wall backdrop for a perfect family or IG photo!
The property also has a washer and dryer with laundry soap and dryer sheets for your use.

There is a Whole foods within 900 feet away in a shopping complex with restaurants, stores, and nail salons. If you would like to rent bikes (our favorite way to get around) or surfboards, you can call Beach Life Rentals. They will bring them right to you!
We also have a free service at the beach called Beach Buggy. An app where they will pick you up and take you anywhere at the beach for any tip! It's a very convenient way to get around the beaches!

This home was perfect for our stay. Host was very welcoming as we were traveling with our dog. The yard is spacious. Although located just behind a shopping center, you would never realize it when you are in the home. It was very peaceful and private. The location was great as there is a Whole Foods a short walk away as well as shops, eateries and the beach is an easy walk as well. Would definitely stay here again.
