About this apartment rental
Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you in Concarneau, this 45 m² apartment with sea view, less than 5 minutes' walk from La Corniche and Cornouaille beaches, can accommodate up to 2 people. Located on the first floor, it comprises an 11 m² living room, equipped kitchen, bedroom and bathroom (with shower). Wifi, sheets and towels included - we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- 11 m² living room with sofa, armchairs, TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwaves, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, hob and dining area
- One bedroom with double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A 20 m² south-facing terrace with garden furniture to enjoy the sunny days
The apartment is ideally located in Concarneau, in a quiet district in the town center and facing the sea. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

La Proue "Fabulous, spacious and very clean apartment with sea view and large furnished terrace. Located a stone’s throw from the city centre. Very well equipped with all the necessities, except for a microwave.
Verbal communication in French - no English except in print
Parking for us was somewhat challenging due to the Festival of Blue Nets ."
