Located on the 1st floor of a residence (no lift), it is fully equipped to comfortably accommodate up to **3 travellers**. You will appreciate its **private terrace of 20 m²**, perfect for outdoor meals on fine days. Shops and restaurants are nearby and easily accessible on foot.
Pass through the front door and discover a beautiful and spacious living area of 38 m². The open kitchen, fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, gas hob and raclette machine), provides you with everything you need to prepare your meals. For breakfast, you will also have a kettle, a toaster, a **filter coffee maker and a Senseo machine**. Share your meals around the dining table or, on fine days, on the terrace. In the evening, gather in the lounge area, comfortably settled on the sofas facing the television.
The accommodation includes 2 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: two single beds (90×190cm) that can be pushed together to form a King Size bed (180×190cm).
Bedroom 2: a single bed (90×190cm), a desk and a wardrobe.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a hairdryer and a toilet.
For your comfort, a washer-dryer, a travel cot with baby mattress, a high chair, as well as an ironing board and iron are at your disposal.
The accommodation does not have a private parking space, but the residence benefits from free parking.
