Brand new apartment located in the heart of the historical city of Lagos, including a balcony with a nice sea and city view. With its traditional old facade and an interior small modern square create an amazing contrast between old & modern, a house between past and present. Just 7 min walk distance to the beautiful beach Praia da Batata and Marina. A variety of restaurants serving traditional or international food can also be found on the same street.
To access the apartment you need to climb one staircase. The apartment consists of 2 floors, on the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, with queen beds, wardrobe and Air conditioning. One of the bedrooms faces the building patio, it is quiet and private, the other bedroom faces one street, where there is also a disco, during the weekends might be loud, we changed the windows and isolated the wall to minimise the noise, but if you are very sensitive to noise, can be a bit disturbing.
On the upper floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with access to the balcony where you can enjoy breakfast with a view over the city and ocean.
