The entrance for this apartment is on the 1st floor. In here you will enter in a living room with a confortable bed couch for a 3rd or 4th guest.
Stairs will lead you to another floor where you will find the living room with a Kitchnette.
The Kitchenette is spacious and functional, open to the dinning area and supplied with all kitchen utilities for a minimum of 4 guests. It also has an oven and electric stove, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee machine (filter).
There is also available an iron and a board for ironing.
The dinning area has room for between 2 and 4 people.
The bedroom is small but nice and cozy, with a direct access to the Roof Terrace.
The bathroom has a toilette and shower.
The Terrace has 430 square feet and has available a dinning area for a maximum of 4 people. Also has a leisure area in the shade with 2 long chairs a table and a BBQ.
