This stunning apartment is situated in a very convenient location right in the centre of the vibrant and cosmopolitan town of Lagos.
With air conditioning throughout and a private sun terrace the apartment is an ideal base for year round letting and has a host of home comforts making it ideal for couples and families alike.
The apartment is on the first floor, is accessible by lift and comprises of an entrance hall that leads to a lovely bright lounge with french doors leading to a Juliette balcony. There is a well equipped Kitchen with a door leading out to a large private sun terrace. Both bedrooms are furnished to a very high standard with the Master Double having french doors to a Juliette balcony. Bedroom 2 is also a double room with french doors and access to the private terrace.
The modern and contemporary bathroom has a Bath with shower over, Vanity Wash Basin and WC.

We enjoyed our time at the property. Checking in was easy, and they were very helpful. Location was great for access to beaches.

The property was in a great location, walking distance to beaches and town. The apartment was very clean. Plenty of room for 4 adults. Shower took a long time to get hot, so you need to plan ahead. Although there’s only sheer curtains on bedroom windows, there are electric darkening shades that we didn’t discover until last day. Unfortunately we arrived late at night and there was an issue with checkin. Property mgmt company did allow us a late checkout though.

Great location, in the heart of old town Lagos- if you like being close to restaurants and shops, this is the area to be in.The apartment was perfect for our needs. However, the only downside was that it took a long time for the water to warm up in the shower-so every shower was a decision of whether to waste or to wait for a warm shower.Regardless, I would stay here again.
