This stunning apartment is situated in a very convenient location right in the centre of the vibrant and cosmopolitan town of Lagos.
With air conditioning throughout and a private sun terrace the apartment is an ideal base for year round letting and has a host of home comforts making it ideal for couples and families alike.
The apartment is on the first floor, is accessible by lift and comprises of an entrance hall that leads to a lovely bright lounge with french doors leading to a Juliette balcony. There is a well equipped Kitchen with a door leading out to a large private sun terrace. Both bedrooms are furnished to a very high standard with the Master Double having french doors to a Juliette balcony. Bedroom 2 is also a double room with french doors and access to the private terrace.
The modern and contemporary bathroom has a Bath with shower over, Vanity Wash Basin and WC.

Absolutely perfect - went like clockwork from booking to leaving.A beautiful apartment with everything you need with perfect access to the beaches and walled city.OK, a bit of noise as people made their way home on a nigh but so what - didn't last long.The place was spotless, as were the hire towels.Literally nothing else to say other than perfect!!
