The vacation rental is located on the upper floor of a vacation home with a total of 6 units. It is available for rent year-round and accommodates up to 2 people. It features a living room and a bedroom. The completely renovated apartment is situated right on the water with a lake view and a balcony, and is comfortably and modernly equipped with a kitchenette, shower/toilet, wood-burning stove, TV, and radio. A washing machine is available for all vacation apartments for a fee. The sauna can be used for a fee. A motorboat (no license required) is available for a fee. A rowboat is available for free use. A barbecue area is at your disposal. Bed linens and towels are included. A travel crib and a high chair can be provided upon request. There are good shopping opportunities in the town of Usedom, approximately 5 km away. Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM (or by telephone arrangement); check-out is by 10:00 AM.

The large waterfront property, featuring its own marina and boat ramp, includes a sunbathing area, barbecue spots, and parking. You are welcome to bring your own sailboats and motorboats. Boat trips and water skiing are available for a small fee. Motorboats are available for rent. Rowboats are provided free of charge. The area offers ideal opportunities for anglers and water sports enthusiasts. The completely renovated apartments are located right on the water in the small village of Kölpin.
