The tastefully furnished guest apartment offers you a comfortable holiday destination and is located in the heart of the city of Usedom. All shops are located in the immediate vicinity (bakers, Aldi, Netto). A savings bank, Volksbank and pharmacy are within easy walking distance. The bus stop with the daily bus connections to the seaside resorts is 500 meters away. The golf course Balmer See is 15 minutes to the Baltic Sea beaches about 30 minutes by car.
The 55 square meter apartment is located on the ground floor of a 4-family house and consists of a separate bedroom with a double bed, a spacious living, sleeping and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a daylight bathroom. As Aufbettungsmöglichkeit is in the living room a comfortable sofa bed for the 3rd and 4. Person. Ideal for 2 children. Also there is a LED TV SAT and a SONOS box. Wi-Fi access is available. The bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet, hairdryer and towels. The exclusive kitchen consists of ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, separate fridge-freezer and a washing machine. Sehr saubere Unterkunft.alles neu und sehr schön gestaltet. Der Aussenbereich ist perfekt Angelegt man fühlt sich gleich wohl. Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Top Unterkunft.

Die Wohnung ist außergewöhnlich schön. Die Vermieter im selben Haus sind sehr nett. Einkaufen ist in der Nähe möglich. Der Bäcker ist um die Ecke. Will man im hinterland radeln oder Ausflüge machen perfekt. Will man die Tage ausschließlich am Strand verbringen muss man wissen dass man dann erst das Auto bewegen muss.
Wir Können die Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen.
Es ist herrlich ruhig und Erholung garantiert.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.
