About this apartment rental
Our small, tastefully furnished vacation rental invites you to feel at home and relax. It is surrounded by meadows and located just a 5-minute walk from the town center. To the east, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of St. Mary’s Church in Usedom; to the southwest, you can watch the sunset, and on clear days, you can even see Lake Usedom.
The town of Usedom offers plenty of shopping options (bakery, Aldi, Netto, Tedi). The pharmacy, Volksbank, and Sparkasse are all within easy walking distance. A bus stop is located right nearby.
The Balmer See golf course is a 15-minute drive away, and the Baltic Sea beaches are about a 20-minute drive away. The area around Usedom offers many attractions that can be reached either by bike or by car. (Mellenthin Water Castle, Stolpe Castle, Karnin Harbor Resort, Karnin Drawbridge, Lieper Winkel, the GDR Museum in Dargen, and much more.
The vacation rental is located on the top floor of our single-family bungalow and offers plenty of space for up to 4 people. The apartment is divided into a living and sleeping area with an adjoining kitchenette.
On the first floor, there is an additional bedroom with a double bed and an adjoining bathroom.
Amenities of the attic apartment:
* Living area with couch, smart TV, Wi-Fi,
* Double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) including linens
* Dining table with 4 chairs
* Kitchen area with refrigerator + freezer space, oven, stove (ceramic cooktop),
dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster
* Bathroom with toilet, shower, hair dryer
Towels can be rented on-site for a fee of €8.00.
First floor amenities:
* Bedroom with double bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m) including linens, couch, TV, Wi-Fi, closet
* Bathroom with toilet, shower, and hair dryer
In addition, we provide our guests with a small starter supply of toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, spices, flour, and sugar, as well as paper towels, parchment paper, dish soap, and hand soap.
The vacation rental includes a small terrace with seating and a grill.
There is a small fire pit on the property that guests are welcome to use.
Our Golden Retriever, Malibu, loves every pat he gets from our guests. Since he lives on the property, we unfortunately do not allow other pets.
The town of Usedom and its surroundings are also great to explore by bike. If you can’t bring your own, you can rent a bike in Usedom.?
