In recent years, alternative communities, artists, health professionals and people who have founded a large number of ecological projects or want to bring old handicrafts back to life have settled here.
The clocks tick more slowly in Lassan than anywhere else. You won't find hectic pace here. Here relaxation is literally in the air.
The Peenestrom separates this beautiful area from the island of Usedom and connects it at the same time.
A trip to the island of Usedom, about 35 km away, with its imperial baths Bansin, Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck is also worthwhile. The kilometers of sandy beaches invite you to sunbathe. But also in Lassaner Winkel you can enjoy the sun and the cool wet with the best water quality on the surrounding lakes, with much more rest and sometimes all on your own.
