About this apartment rental

The apartment is located in House 3 on the top floor on the left side, is modern and comprises a living / sleeping area with round couch (extendable) and single couch, stereo, TV and sitting area, a double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and a bathroom with toilet and bath. Bed linen for 8, - be booked € per person to do so. Pets are allowed (€ 10.00 / per day). Final cleaning € 35.00 Heating, water and electricity are included. Arrival from 14. 00 o'clock, departure to 9 30 pm.

Lütow is located on the island of Usedom, 6 km from Zinnowitz and directly on the backwaters. The apartments are located in several villas in a quiet forest location. The beach is about 1.5 km away. An indoor swimming pool (200 m), bike rentals, boat rentals, shopping, restaurants and several beer gardens are in place. There are excellent transport links by bus and trolley to Zinnowitz. Railway station shuttle is offered by the hire.
