This cozy two-room vacation rental is located on the first floor of the owners’ home and is ideal for two adults and two children up to age 16. From the large balcony, you can look out onto the garden, which you are also welcome to use. Bicycle storage and a free parking space on the property are available. Initial supplies of bed linens and towels, as well as a crib and high chair, are included.
Upon request, the hosts offer barbecue evenings with a campfire. For horseback riding enthusiasts, the local riding stable (only about 500 m away) offers the opportunity to enjoy a vacation in the saddle. If interested, the hosts offer guided tours (by bike, car, and kayak) around the island. Guided fishing trips on their own boat on the Peenestrom are also available. The well-developed network of bike paths makes it easy to explore the area by bike. Two bicycles and one double kayak are included in the price.
One dog is welcome for an additional fee. Other pets are permitted only upon prior request.

The approximately 55-square-meter, 2-room vacation apartment is located on the 1st floor of the owners’ residence and features a large balcony. The combined living room and bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, seating, a flat-screen TV, and a VCR and DVD player. In the second room, the kitchen-living area, there is a fold-out sofa bed (sleeping area approx. 1.40 x 2.00 m), a fully equipped kitchen with a stove (4 Ceran burners) and oven, a coffee maker, toaster, sink, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a dining table with chairs, as well as a radio with a CD player. The naturally lit bathroom features a shower/toilet and a hair dryer. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. The property includes a seating area in the garden with a lawn where you can barbecue and build a campfire. The initial supply of bed linens and towels, a crib, and a high chair, as well as the use of 2 bicycles and 1 double kayak, are included free of charge. A parking space and the costs for electricity and water are also included.
