About this house rental
Our cottage is situated on a 700 m² plot in a small pine forest about 100 meters from the Peenestrom.
The approx. 60m² large holiday home was renovated in early 2016 and received a new kitchen and new furniture.
There is a living / dining room with stove.
A kitchen with all the necessary equipment, such as: convection oven with ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, water cooker, coffee machine, electr. Allesschneider, Mixer, etc.
Bathroom with shower / toilet
On the upper floor is a bedroom with double bed, as well as another bedroom with two single beds.
A terrace with garden furniture invites you to linger.
Bicycles can be parked in a small wooden block on the large property.
There is also a garden grill with gas service.
A car parking space is available on the property.
Towels and bed linen must be brought

Das Häuschen ist renoviert und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Bei unserer Ankunft war alles sauber und die Einweisungen waren detailliert beschrieben. Falls man Fragen hat kann man jederzeit Herrn Knollmann schreiben oder zur Nachbarin, sie ist auch sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns in der Siedlung sehr wohl gefühlt, es war wenig los. Außer Vogelgezwitscher, Summen und Wind hörte man fast nichts. Sehr sehr erholsam. In Rankwitz im Hafen gibt es alles was man benötigt, man muss nur mit den Öffnungszeiten aufpassen. Wir haben die Halbinsel Lieper Winkel mit dem Fahrrad erkundet. Die Insel Usedom dann mit dem Auto. Eine tolle Insel, hat uns sehr gut gefallen!

Wir haben selten ein so schönes Ferienhaus gemietet, es war alles da, was man auch zu Hause hat! Toll und stimmig eingerichtet, keine zusammengewürfelten Möbel, sondern stilvoll ausgesucht und in sehr gutem Zustand! Alles sehr gepflegt, da kommen wir gerne mal wieder her!

Es passte alles zusammen. Unterkunft, Wetter, Umgebung, Jahreszeit. Ideal zum Wandern, Radfahren und Erholen.
