Pet-friendly accommodations: A one-time, non-refundable fee of $255.00 applies; no more than one pet up to 50 lbs. is permitted.
An assigned slip space for a boat up to 31' (length overall) is included with this rental home. A public launch ramp is open 24/7 at Mile Marker 54, which is only one mile north from Indigo Reef. $25 Launch/$25 Retrieval fee applies. Trailer parking is available at Moose Lodge, just outside the gated entrance to Indigo Reef ($20.00/night, reservation required).

great villa, great view, million dollar view in fact, great pool, great location. all the amenities in the villa, every thing was excellent. and what a sun set view very night. only improvement for villa would be a sun lounger rather than a chair, a BBQ and some beech chairs as they are hard to find in Marathon, we got them from Home Depot eventually. only improvement for marathon are the restaurants and food is not great, but a great place to to stay none the less.

Our family (7) stayed comfortably in this beautiful home. The view was great, wonderful sunsets every night. The pool was perfect. The house was clean and comfortable.

Beautiful home right on the water. The property manager was very responsive. I would definitely book another vacation in this home.
