Hôte peu serviable. Par ailleurs, les fenêtres ne possèdent aucun volet ou rideau occultant (que des stores de mauvaise qualité), ce qui n'aide pas à s'endormir facilement.

Die zwei Fernseher waren purer Luxus. Bett und Sofa waren sehr bequem, die Unterkunft mit den ÖV sehr gut erreichbar.
Der Wasserhahn war etwas lose, die Türschwelle beim Badezimmer abgerutscht, ein paar Schubladen nicht brauchbar, aber das sind Luxusprobleme!

uns hat die ruhige Lage gefallen, trotz der Nähe zur Straßenbahn und einer Hauptstr. Eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle war 100 Meter entfernt, ein Supermarkt 200 Meter.
Es gab nichts gravierendes zu Bestanden.
