Das Appartment ist günstig gelegen, man kann zu Fuß in die Altstadt laufen, es fahren aber auch die Linien 2 und 3 der Tram in die Altstadt, Linie 10 fährt zum Hauptbahnhof die Ausstattung ist individuell alles vorhanden. was man für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt braucht Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe Gespräche mit Herrn Farivar sind interessant, informativ und anregend.

Die Wohnung liegt in einem sehr schönen Quartier und die Weser und das Zentrum sind mit dem Fahrrad schnell erreichbar. Schön sind der Sitzplatz und die ruhige Lage.
Bei einem Regentag wäre die Wohnung etwas düster, da sie im Souterrain liegt.
