Die Treppe zum Balkon ist wacklig (sturzgefährdet). Das Sofa ist verbraucht und es fehlt ein Couchtisch.

Die Lage war topp. Zur Straßenbahn 3 nur 50 Meter Weg. Zur 2 und 10 am Hulsberg 6 Minuten Weg. Bäcker Rolfs um die Ecke. Ruhige Lage. Küchenstattung topp. Handtücher satt.

Unterkunft war sauber in einem netten Viertel, die Straßenbahn direkt um die Ecke. Modern eingerichtet, sehr schönes Bad.
- Parkplatzsituation, schwierig mit größerem Wagen. - sehr steile Treppe zum Balkon - Schlafzimmer lässt sich nicht abdunkeln
