Deluxe Garden Apartment

5 minutes walk from King’s Cross/St. Pancreas station. Whole apartment to myself with the amenities like fridge, microwave, stove, outdoor patio, living room, bedroom and bathroom. Main areas for guest were basically clean. Excellent response time from host if I texted her about anything.

A house cleaner came in one day. I was advised of this but I didn’t feel like my belongings were secure. As I went out for the day I took everything of value with me just in case. Apartment was surface clean but could use a deep clean. For example, the kitchen appliances were sticky with grease residue. Pillows on the bed were old and dirty. Brand new pillows and bed coverings would have made my stay feel more clean, hygienic and comfortable.

The owner was perfect. She couldn’t do enough to ensure I was comfortable, happy and catered for. She was knowledgeable about the area and transport options and even walked me to the bus and tube stations.

The location was perfect , a few minutes to King’s Cross St Pancras station , in a quiet area with lots of bars , restaurants and shops open 24 hours all within a short walk . I was very happy with the apartment , Amirah was very helpful , definitely will come back

De ligging, dicht bij St Pancras/Kings Cross Station was prima. Bed, vloer en douche waren schoon. Helaas vrijwel geen ruimte om wat kleding/koffer/eigen spullen kwijt te kunnen in slaapkamer. Alles in de keuken (op wat glazen en borden na) zag er minder fris uit. Hebben dan ook niet zelf gekookt (wat ik normaal gesproken zeker wél doe) Aan de donkere kant, maar ik ben gewend om "buiten" te wonen. Realiseer mij best dat "in de stad" wonen hele andere normen behelst. Plaatsje buiten was rommelig en niet schoon, maar heb er in de middag zéker even in de zon kunnen zitten en dat was fijn.

Ook overdag lamplicht nodig. Deluxe Garden gaf mij verwachting van enige luxe (lees ruimte en schoon) en een (eventueel gezamenlijke) groene tuin. Beiden niet aanwezig.
