The entry was great, very easy to access and felt very secure. The bed downstairs was one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in for a long time and the bedding was fresh and clean.

The only thing that was a little problem (and it was a very minor one) was the only switch we could find for the ceiling lights was actually upstairs and in the entrance lobby. Sounds very petty, but spent ages trying to find them. Interestingly there was a switch plate on the wall in the bedroom with the switches missing, which I assume controlled the lights normally. Because there are no bedside lights, it became a bit tricky having to get out of bed to turn the lights off upstairs and return down the narrow staircase in pitch black darkness.

Nothing at all. Just one thing i would suggest a mirror downstairs in the bedroom ie a dressing table mirror, a mirror in the bathroom the same as the one in the upstairs bathroom. I know there was a mirror on the back of the bathroom door but it’s a bit dark in there to see in it!

On arrival, the air conditioning was already on, which was a lovely welcome, especially during the heat wave. It kept the property cool and made our stay very comfortable. The property was spacious, and we never felt cramped. It was the perfect size for an overnight stay. The bed was very comfortable, so we had a great night's sleep. The shower was excellent, with good water pressure and a large shower head that made it particularly enjoyable. The location was ideal for our visit, just a 5–10 minute walk from restaurants, King's Cross Station, and the theatre we were attending.

A few small things could be improved: The toilet near the downstairs bedroom is quite high, which felt a little unusual to sit on. It would be helpful to have a hand towel available in the toilet near the living room, making it easier to dry your hands after washing them. The TV in the downstairs bedroom needed to be reset before it would pick up a signal, so it took us a little while to get it working. Once reset, though, everything worked fine. It took us some time to figure out the light switches. The downstairs bedroom lights are controlled from upstairs near the front door, which wasn't immediately obvious and made turning the lights off at night a little inconvenient.
