instructions were very detailed and thorough and sent to me via whatsapp (as requested) the host was available, friendly and responsive to the questions i asked - i will certainly be trying to book again here

nothing - my main priority for comfort is a bit of space and this had that, location is perfect (i travel via Kings cross often) and if anything it was less than 7 mins walk (5 at the most i think)

Great location within easy walking distance of St Pancras and Kings Cross Stations.

The TV was unusable, couldn’t pick up any channels! With the great WiFi provided you could get a TV or stick that gets normal TV via WiFi. There is no indication in the detailed description that the property is right next to an underground line (the train is the other side of the wall!) which operated late into the night. I liked that and was able to take a couple of videos, but my partner found the trains VERY loud and didn’t sleep! To know that this might be the case you would need to look at the map very closely. Mentioned by others, there is a street light outside and curtains are not dark enough to keep the light out. That also made it difficult to sleep. In the bathroom, the toilet seat has a brown crack! Aaargh! Also the bath mat was dirty (mentioned by another customer)
