Very nice location, nice old building, clean. The host was very nice at checkin, we got an extra room for the extra bed we needed. Parking options closeby.
Nice old building but also outdated well maintained furniture. Busy road nearby.

EVERYTHING!!! La pietra del duca is a very special place. In addition to being historic and charming in every way, it is so inviting and comfortable. It is bright and beautiful and instantly feels like home. We could not have been happier and had all we could possibly need. The location is so ideal; a few steps from the centro storico. Quiet and away from crowds, but in short walking distance to every place you want to see. Our host, Patrizia, is a dream. She welcomed us in person with biscotti and cold bottles of water. She is a caring and dedicated host who went above and beyond all our expectations. She drove to the train station to pick us up, not knowing we had walked and arrived. She insisted on driving us to the train station the day we left and sent us off with treats for our journey. She also insisted on buying us coffee on our last day!!! She checked in with us daily and offered the best suggestions for dining in Martina Franca. All our inquiries were responded to immediately. We can’t imagine any host doing more than she did for us to make our stay memorable in every way. This is the place to stay if you are visiting Martina Franca!!!❤️

Loved my stay here. The host, Patrizia, was amazing - she made sure I had everything I needed and even helped me and my family organise taxis, which was a lifesaver. The accommodation is set in a beautiful building, simple but comfortable, and just a couple of minutes’ walk from town, which made it very convenient.
