Buone Maniere Exclusive Rooms

The terrace was bananas - incredible

Beautiful rooms and rooftop - you can tell it has had a big investment. Exceptionally clean everywhere and Francesca was a delight and very helpful. Fantastic bathroom with his and her sink and amazing shower. The linens were fantastic - I wanted to pinch the towels they were great quality.

We paid extra for the spa room and deliberately chose this hotel due to the in room spa. As we were visiting late Sept we knew the rooftop pool would probably be too cold so decided to spoil ourselves with the spa room. However, it was just far too cold to use and very very strong smell of chemicals. Francesca did get a technician to come and increase the temp but it didn’t work. It is a great place and would go back but wouldn’t choose the spa room when the weather may not be very hot outside. There is a lift you can use to the main floor and spa rooms but for those with mobility issues staying in other rooms it would be a struggle due to the steep stairs to rooms and then to the rooftop

Central location. Authentic with a modern vibe.

Stairs very steep but not a problem for us.

Especialment el tracte personal de la Francesca. Amable, atenta i eficient. Lloc molt recomable tant per ubicació, per les instalacions, facilitats per aparcar i el tracte directe i agradable amb la responsable de l'allotjament. 100% recomenable. Grazie Francesca!

Res. Tot bé.
