The breakfast was not included. However, there was kitchen to make own breakfast.
There was not enough beds for 8 persons. Otherwise, the place is fantastic to live. Happy to be here. We would reserve it again if we come for some purpose.

We had an unforgettable stay at this villa! The location is absolutely magical — right in the middle of the forest, and in the mornings you can hear birds singing while enjoying coffee on the balcony. It’s incredibly peaceful and refreshing.
The villa itself is stunning. There are two fireplaces, and having one right in the bedroom feels absolutely luxurious. The large jacuzzi for two with constant heating was a perfect way to relax after a day outdoors.
The kitchen is very well equipped, which made cooking easy and enjoyable. The stylish living room with high windows brings in so much natural light and makes you feel wonderfully connected to nature.
The area is also great — with golf courses, a ski resort nearby, and excellent transport connections.
We truly loved everything about this place and would be happy to return. Highly recommended!

Sauna and hot tub were good
Location was near jungle.
1. My main problem was with kitchen. It did not have enough knives, glasses and other kitchen equipment. It was not available or at least the number of available stuffs were not enough for 6 people.
2. The number of furniture were not enough. There were only one 2-person sofa while the property accepts up to 6 or even 8 number of guests.
3. Among the beds, only one of the 2-person beds were good, size-wise. The rest of the beds were small.
4. It is recommended to leave some instructions on how to use hot-tub and sauna control panel.
5. There were some items that were not supplied in enough quantities. For example, there were only one dishwasher machine tablet (we used our own for the rest of uses). The toilet papers were low and etc.
6. At least the balcony could have a shade over the chairs to keep dry in time of rain. (Neither of balcony nor yard had any).
In the end, I know that the price is really good. But still, the above comments are still applicable, even considering the competitive price.

-The house was spacious and most of the beds were comfortable.
-House had a nice balcony and terrace.
-There was confusion in the reviews about the rooms and sleeping places, but there was four bedrooms and sleeping places for seven people.
-The kitchen equipment was lacking basic things, like a kitchen cloth, scissors and trash bags. There was only one roll of kitchen paper. The equipment that was available in the kitchen was messily stored and dirty.
-Sauna took about 5 hours to heat up to 70c.
-The shower drain was clogged.
-There was no wifi and phone internet did not work well inside of the house.
-Some of the beds were uncomfortable.
-The host did not answer all the questions (for example if there are more trash bags).
-Toilets did not have hand towels or ability to lock the doors.
