Ben & Grace çok kibar ve iyilerdi. Her sorumuzu hızlıca cevapladılar ve çözüm buldular. Oda metro ve tramvaya çok yakın. Konum olarak güzel bit yerde, odanın içinde makarna çay su gibi ekstra şeyler koymaları güzeldi. Çamaşır makinesi olması çocuklu bir aile olarak bizi çok rahatlattı.

Klima ve ocak tam performanslı değildi.

Very well located with close proximity to all restaurants, Milano centrale and local tram stations. Centrale is just 10 mins by walk. Communication with the host was good and all instructions were easily understandable. All the questions were quickly answered.

The biggest disappointment was the air conditioning. During our stay, the temperature was around 38°C, yet the bedroom had no air conditioning at all. There is only one small AC unit located outside the bathroom, which is expected to cool both the living room and the bedroom. In reality, it was completely insufficient—the bedroom remained unbearably hot throughout the night. We asked the host if a fan could be arranged, but unfortunately none was available. As a result, all four adults had to sleep together in the living room, with two people on the sofa bed and two on the floor. This was extremely uncomfortable and significantly affected our stay. I would also suggest preparing the sofa bed before guests arrive, especially when the booking clearly indicates the number of guests. We had to figure out how to convert it ourselves. I've stayed in other cities in Italy with similar arrangements and everything was very much sorted. The bathroom is small but manageable. However, the apartment would benefit from better maintenance, as there were some mold spots in the bathroom, broken kitchen cabinet doors, and the overall cleanliness could be improved. Overall, the apartment is acceptable for a short 1–2 night stay, but the cooling system is not adequate for summer and should be addressed.

Excellent location , very close to Milano Centrale.

Getting the keys can be a bit confusing as they are in a box on the fence. We had a scooter parked in front of the key box and it was difficult to get to.
