Great place to stay in Liege

The apartment was spacious, and the kitchen was well-equipped. It was clean, and everything was as described in the ad.

We didn't expect the staircase to be that narrow. It was quite tricky to carry all our bulky luggage up to the apartment (if you don't have bulky items, it shouldn't be a problem). Also, the parking bit is a bit problematic due to the central location, but there are some alternatives if you don't mind walking 5-10min.

l’emplacement, la proximité, le décor, la terasse.

Les volet électriques de tout les velux n’allait pas, impossible de mettre la clim, pas de rideau à la douche donc, facilement inondable, la télévision minuscule, pas comme sur les photos et en plus elle tenait à peine, nous n’avons même pas osé l’allumer. pas de housse sur la couette du canapé lit,..

Inngangsparti, trappene, ( vi hadde en knesvak mann med. Trangt med kofferter. rotter på utsiden, gardiner funket ikke. Inga handdukar inkluderat, dusjhode nesten tett. Til den prisen forventes ting å va inkludert og skjekket til hver gjest såsom batterier på elektriske gardiner.

Nous sommes très satisfaites de notre sejour

L'emplacement est top, le design de l'appart tres moderne, nous l'avons trouve magnifique, l'hôte a été extrement reactive

Si vraiment nous devions être pointilleuses, il manquerait juste un miroir plein pied et laisser quelques equipements tel que serviettes de douche et gel douche.

Horrible

Nada todo sucio mala experiencia tengan cuidado

Sucio la ubicación a pesar de estar en el centro está en un callejón feo y horrible con olor a todo menos a nada bueno , gente fea a sus alrededores una construcción en frente más fea todavía basura todo muy sucio en conclusión este departamento no vale el precio señalado no lo recomiendo para nada en lo absoluto !

Wunderschönes grosses Appartement mit sehr geschmackvoller Einrichtung. Terrasse am Abend toll und benutzbar. Von außen hätte ich mir nie vorstellen können, daß mich so ein tolles Appartement erwarten würde. Die oberste Treppe ohne Geländer ist auch nicht jedermanns Sache. Aber einmal angelangt: Wunderschön.

Durch die sicher absehbaren Bauarbeiten in der Gasse, war es am Morgen laut und die Terrasse konnte nicht benutzt werden, da die Bauarbeiter auch sehr nahe waren. Die Gasse war eng, nach Urin stinkend und Ratten wuselten umher. Eingangsbereich schwierig.

Limpeza, utensílios e estrutura do apartamento

A impossiblidade de usar o terraço coberto de fezes de pombos e de poeira causada por obra encostada ao prédio. O não funcionamento de diversas persianas das claraboias e torneira do lavado que não funcionava. A escada de acesso em espiral muito ingrime que dificulta acesso por pessoas com alguma dificuldade motora(é meu caso com limitações articulares de joelhos) . A escada ingrime e o terraço inativo deveriam ser informados na descrição do imóvel !

Mooi appartement met bedenkelijke toegang en slechte schoonmaak.

Ruim appartement en goede keuken.

Het adres was in een obscuur steegje met poepende zwervers en ratten voor de deur. Nespresso en senseomachine deden het niet. Als de nespresso tegelijk met de oven aanstond vlogen de stoppen door. VerduisteringsSchermen voor dakraam in woonkamer keukenzijde deden het niet. Kraan in toilet beneden deed het niet, linker kraan in badkamer spuit alle kanten op, water in wastafel boven liep niet weg. Deuren van badkamers en toilet sloten niet. Wificode was niet correct. Geen: kaasschaaf, ontdopper, vaatdoekjes, afwasteil/gootsteenplug, keukenrol. Waarom moet ik €70 voor schoonmaak betalen als wij het volgende aantreffen: vuile vloeren, alle vaatwerk was vies, vriesvak sloot niet door ijsvorming, kussenhoesjes bank en bank zelf zeer vuil, vlekken op muren, spinrag in doucheraam, vieze aangekoekte toiletten,tandpasta vlekken op de muur, stof en viezigheid op bedrand. Ik wil sowieso €70 retour ontvangen voor bovengenoemde teleurstellingen. Ik heb contact gehad met het verhuurbedrijf, maar ik kreeg het gevoel dat ze mij niet geloofden helaas.
