Central location.

Bad nights: you hear even conversations at the pub downstairs, the sleeping couch is very uncomfortable, the bedroom has no windows. Very poor cleanliness: stains on couch and sheets, hair and blood stains in the bathroom, lots of mould in the shower, rests of food in the cutlery, among others. Quite narrow and steep staircase to access the apartment (difficult already with medium suitcase, and impossible e.g. with a baby carriage.

I like the fact that they allow you to leave your luggage in the morning so you're free to explore more of the beautiful city of Liège, unburdened, before an afternoon check-in. The location is right in the heart of the city so it's a very good place to base yourself. The apartment is equipped with all the things you need during your stay - the dining room/living room is so spacious that I was able to incorporate shuttle-runs as part of my daily exercise routine. The staff are very helpful - I notified them that I was expecting a letter and when it arrived, they slid it under the apartment door.

The stairs would be a problem for someone with mobility issues

There is no AC and bedroom does not have air circulation, no windows.

Perfect location and good place to stay with friends, not ideal for couples.

Contact with host, good location, coffeemachine, fridge. They foresee coffee so that’s nice. The sheets, towels, bed and shower were clean and good. We had a nice stay with 3 friends for 2 nights but I would not recommend it for a romantic stay with your partner.

Cleanliness of the living and kitchen utensils could have been better. There is no window in the bedroom.

Geen ontbijt, in ruimte was keuken en dus tal van mogelijkheden om in eigen beheer te gaan. Ruimte was ruim, niet gehorig.

De trap naar boven vond ik best gevaarlijk, televisie had slechts Franstalige zenders (en dat met naburige landen om de hoek).

Die Lage des Apartments war gut. Die Gepäckaufbewahrung und die Schlüsselübergabe haben super geklappt. Das Personal im Lokal war sehr freundlich.

Die steile und sehr schmale Wendeltreppe nach oben war eine Zumutung. Ausserdem waren einige Stufen in der Wohnung, insbesondere zum Schlafzimmer, was nachts sehr unangenehm war. Das Badezimmer bedarf einer Renovierung( Toilette und Dusche).

Sehr laut laut von unten und auf der Strasse bis morgens Streitereien von Leuten .Die Treppen sind sehr schlecht .Auf dem Sofa schläft man nicht gut .Man sieht nicht alle Zimmer und überall die Stufen überall im Apartment sind Sturz gefährdet .Im Schlafzimmer muss eine Lampe am Bett sein .Auch muss man den Hausflur zeigen mit den Treppen .

ATTENTION : mauvais accueil, escalier colimaçon inaccessible, bruit, règlement interne totalitaire

Appartement propre, salon spacieux, vue sur parking sans vis à vis, emplacement central

ATTENTION "ACCES DIFFICILE" avec un petit escalier métallique en colimaçon, impraticable aux personnes non sportives ou non valides, non spécifié dans l'annonce BOOKING donc surprise! De plus la jeune fille de l'accueil était glaciale, autoritaire, trés désagréable et n'a pas voulu me donner son prénom. A la découverte de l'entrée minuscule avec son escalier en tire bouchon, elle ne voulait pas m'aider à pousser ma valise au 1er étage (taille moyenne) tandis que je la portait/tirait, j'ai du insister et menacer de partir, au matin du départ j'ai du appeler un passant à l'aide. Aussi, d'autorité elle a pris ma CB pour copier les chiffres sur sa fiche sans prévenir ni demander l'autorisation, prétextant le remboursement de la caution, cette jeune fille avait un mot ferme et glacial de clôture sur toutes questions ou remarques plaçant le client en situation d'envahisseur, indésirable, voir de voleur potentiel avec un véritable PROCES d'INTENTION!! Tandis que la direction se réserve le droit de se faire payer sans réserve ce que bon lui semble et sans avoir fait aucun état des lieux à l'arriver ni à la sortie malgré ma demande, du jamais vu!! J'ai la copie des documents avec photos et vidéos à l'arriver et au départ. J'ai donc du signer leur règlement interne aux conditions drastiques, totalitaires, d'autant qu'à l'arrivée vers 18h j'étais prise en otage devant ces conditions inattendues, c'est choquant! La télé ne s'allume pas; la chambre est noire (sans fenêtre); il y a aussi des marches dans l'appartement dont une de 30cm. Située au dessus d'un Pub il y a de la musique et les clients parlent, le tout jusque trés tard dans la nuit. Bref je ne recommande pas, la présentation dans Booking.com ne relate pas tous ces faits, c'est inacceptable! Je suis valide et voyage professionnellement, dans aucun autre lieu ou pays je n'ai vu cela.
