O apartamento é muito bom no geral, espaçoso para uma casal, muito bem cuidado e com todos os utensílios de cozinha e toilette necessários para uma boa estadia.
A comunicação com os proprietários funcionou sem qualquer problema, além do apartamento possuir uma localização central, ao lado da Place du Marche, com uma parada de tram muito próxima.
É, definitivamente, uma ótima opção de estadia em Liége.
Tudo funcionou perfeitamente.

Excelente ubicación, departamento cómodo, limpio.
Lo único malo es que queda en un tercer piso, hay que subir por una escalera muy estrecha, lo que se dificulta bastante con equipaje grande y pesado, pero es solo un detalle, lo demás todo excelente.

I liked the location. Walking distance to the touristic attractions and restaurants. Very close to a safe and good parking place. The towels provided were new and clean.
The general cleaness of the flat was not good. There was dust and non-cleaned corners everywhere. The fridge was dirty. The boiler had old water inside, even with a big green-grey funghi. Luckily there was vinnegar in the kitchen and we could wash the boiler properly to heat water. The WC was not clean. The sheet on the bed was so old that you could see and feel cotton balls everywhere. Sleep was not pleasant. Sheets gave the impression that were not clean, although the bed linen was washed. Not enough pans and pots to cook basic stuff, not even to cook eggs for breakfast. All in all, not an enjoyable experience. Owners shall request the cleaning person to increase the cleaning standards. It is better to increase a bit the price of the stay per night to cover for the costs of proper cleaning standards. Owners shall buy new bed linen. Booking.com customers are used to higher standards of cleaness.
