Great quiet location. Walking distance from beach and town. Had its own garden too.
Hot shower with great water pressure and on site parking.
I think place could defo do with a deep cleaning. It’s obviously been surfaced cleaned , but lots of webs and dust behind things.
Wasn’t a fan of the toilet position. Body is pressed up against the wall and knees touched cabinet every time you used the loo. This is the only reason we wouldn’t stay here again. I think if they took the bath out, it would really help. Although I understand this isn’t an easy thing to do.
Toilet is completely usable, it’s just not comfortable to use due to how cramped it is.

The location was great. Just a 5 minute walk into St Andrews.
Garbage and recycle cans were full when we arrived (multiple unit building) and there was garbage blowing around the grounds. Nowhere to put out garbage/recycle.

Clean and quiet location.
No curtains on the windows only blinds so light was waking me up before 5am every morning
