Really Gorgeous Stay

The apartment was great and really gorgeous. All rooms have air conditioning, are spacious, high ceiling, modern and clean. The key lock system is easy to understand and convenient. It’s very valuable and highly recommended!!

Only a note is there is no cutlery although there are plates and cups, that’s a bit strange

We had a wonderful 2 nights stay at this beautiful duplex apartment in Antwerp’s historic city center. The location is absolutely perfect - walking distance to all major attractions and surrounded by great restaurants, bars and cafes. - Check-in was seamless and hassle-free. - Prompt and polite response from the owner when we had a question. Thanks for that! - The air conditioning in all rooms was a lifesaver during our visit. - The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need including a coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge, hob, pots and pans, and all necessary cutlery. - The large windows fill the space with natural light and there is so much space! - A hairdryer provided was convenient for us, 4 girls! We were very happy with our choice. Perfect for couples or small groups who don’t mind steep stairs and appreciate staying in Antwerp’s historic heart.

There are some practical aspects to be aware of: - The apartment is located on the top floor of a historic building with no elevator, requiring you to climb narrow, steep stairs - this could be challenging for those with mobility issues or heavy luggage. Or it could be a good exercise 😁 - The layout has the kitchen and living room on the second level, so you need to walk up the steep stairs. - For bathroom facilities, there’s one toilet (without a sink) and one separate bathroom with shower and sink. This setup might be inconvenient for larger groups. - One of the bedrooms faces the street, which can get moderately busy in the evenings, so light sleepers should pack earplugs. Although the closed windows take a lot of noise out. The other bedroom was very quiet. - Only one towel per person was provided - having two would be more practical for longer stays. - The apartment doesn’t have a washing machine, so plan accordingly for extended visits. The apartment’s character, prime location, and excellent amenities far outweighed any minor inconveniences.

Wonderful space with views over rooftops.

This is a lovely duplex flat with a wonderfully light airy open-plan sitting room moving into diner and then kitchen. The view from the front window of the top floor looks over the step gables on the historic buildings over the road. It is restful and evocative. From the window in the kitchen you can see the tower of the cathedral. That’s pretty wonderful and unexpected. But then the location is very central. It’s a great street with plenty of shops and eateries and only a short and pleasant walk from the cathedral and various museums. On the floor below you have two generously sized double bedrooms with plenty of hanging and storage space, especially in the front room. The bathroom and toilet are fine. The whole apartment is very light and airy. There is efficient aircon on top floor and in bedrooms. The flat is on the third floor at the top of three flights of steep and narrow stairs. But it is worth it.

Lovely apartment in a great area with lots of restaurants, shops and cafes.

Very light and airy apartment, tastefully decorated. Lots of hanging/cupboard space. Comfortable seating in the lounge area. Decent coffee machine.

There was only one pillow per person and the pillows were not very full.

Super verblijf in het mooi oude centrum van Antwerpen

Erg mooi en schoon appartement, ruim en heerlijk om te verblijven. Daarnaast midden in het oude centrum op loopafstand van alles wat je nodig hebt! Goed bedden dus ook prima geslapen. Zal hier zo nog een keer boeken!

Als je lichte slaper bent dan hoor je gedurende de nacht wel eens feestende / dronken mensen door de straten lopen, maar als je in de slaapkamer achter slaapt heb je daar geen last van.

Bonito, caro y bien ubicado

Es un piso en el centro histórico de Amberes. La ubicación es muy buena, muy cerca de la catedral y la plaza mayor pero en una calle tranquila, repleta de locales con encanto y servicios como supermercados. El piso está en un edificio histórico . Se ha restaurado hace poco (el piso) y alguna zona como el salón es realmente bonito y luminoso. Es un duplex, con dos habitaciones muy amplias y con las camas muy cómodas en la parte de abaji , además del baño, y salón cocina arriba.

El acceso es muy complicado. Es un tercero sin ascensor on una escalera empinada y estrecha. Dentro, ocurre lo mismo con la escalera hacia la parte de arriba Se puede llegar en coche pero el parking más cercano está a diez minutos Me pareció muy caro para lo que ofrece, aunque es cierto que fuimos en el fin de semana de Tomorrowland y quizás la demanda fuese alta El check out a las 10:00 es muy temprano La comunicación con la propiedad, solo vía chat de Booing, no te dan un teléfono (lo pedimos) por si ocurre alguna urgencia
