Great location, ironing equipment, quiet street, good value, good equipment nice bathroom

We had ants in the room and the AC blows right on you while you sleep, which is incovenient. Bathroom door squeek. Small, but enough for a few nights.

La ubicación y el baño que era muy bonito

Teniendo en cuenta que iba a estar tres días, escaso papel higiénico, gel, no había dispensador en el lavabo, kit de lavar los platos escaso tuvimos que dosificarlo, no había ningún paño de cocina, la fregona no olía bien, la escoba vieja y en el cuarto de baño, en vez de tener una alfombrilla era una toalla de manos y con una mancha, y el ventilador del techo estaba sucio, se echa de menos un armario escobero, la cama no era una cama sino dos que se abrían cuando estabas durmiendo y la sabana era para cama de matrimonio, solicité al anfitrión poder quedarme media hora y no me contestó, el pomo de la puerta estaba roto, lo indiqué al anfitrión y tampoco me contestó, por último ya no se debería llamar apartamento nuevo a estrenar, ya que no es nuevo y está estrenado

- Location is great , San Bernardo is a quiet residential area but very convenient for access to public transport like bus and train station and yet also very walkable to Old Town. (10 mins) We stayed there during Semana Santa /Holy Week Easter 2026 and caught the brotherhood procession on Holy Wednesday right outside our apartment.. you cannot get better views than this from the comfort of the apartment. Just bring earplugs if you are sensitive to noise during the procession, otherwise it was a quiet stay for us . - Apartment is on ground floor, and is newly renovated. All equipment works properly once you google how to use them. Utensils and pots and pans are new and in good condition. It is considered spacious for 2 pax. - Heater and fan works , though aircon/heater turns off automatically after a while i guess so that the room dont overheat. - Nice restaurants and grocery shops nearby .

- Alberto was responsive via whatsapp in Spanish for all enquiries relating to how to get into the apartment, thereafter there is radio silence from him :( - Limited toiletries to 4 small bottles of 3-in-1 cleaning liquid, toilet paper (2 rolls) for 5 days , 1 small bottle of dish washing detergent and 1 washing detergent pod. - no kettle but you can boil water with the pot and stove If you can pre-equip with your own toiletries , extra toilet paper, laundry detergent pods, you will actually enjoy your stay here. Apartment is bare bone in terms of frills (empty fridge, no cooking oil or condiments etc) but is well located, clean and new .
