Location perfect.House cozi. 10 minut from centr city.

Great location about a 5 minute walk from the Avlabari metro, and it was amazing having a washing machine available to use. The place was small but had everything I needed. I felt safe and the owner’s daughter in law speaks good English and was a very kind host. The value was excellent and I would definitely stay again. Tip 1: if you have heavy bags, consider taxing a Bolt from the metro station, since the walk is uphill. Tip 2: get a Tbilisi transit card, since foreign credit cards charge you a 50% higher metro fare. Tip 3: if you sit outside in the yard, you might find some adorable kittens

For the price, it’s not fair to complain, but I would’ve enjoyed having air conditioning. It could get kind of hot in the July heat. That being said, I was ultimately happy to have the washing machine and drying rack instead of having AC and I felt that it was a fair trade.

Останавливаюсь у хозяина Вано второй раз, первый раз в апартаментах побольше, в этот раз остановилась в данном мини номере) Близко к метро, чудесный район, все буквально в минутной доступности: кафе, кулинарии, аптеки, магазины, рынок с продуктами и магазинчики с необходимыми в быту вещами. Стоит учитывать размер номера(он указан в описании) и если вдруг у вас есть боязнь замкнутых пространств - лучше чуть переплатить и забронировать в этом отеле номер побольше, так как с клаустрофобией может быть тревожно. Хоть номер и маленький, в нем есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Стиральная машина, плита, чайник, фен, утюг, сушилка для белья, набор посуды. Если что-то понадобится дополнительно-можно связаться с хозяином и он поможет. Благодарна за ваш дом, Вано. Спасибо большое!)

If you go with mindset; you get what you pay: you will have good time. Its Great location, i absolutely loved the neighbourhood. Host is responsive, hence with soviet attitude.

Place was not clean, extremely bad quality bed & mattress, i slept few days on the floor. There are no mosquito nets, you will never get fresh air in the apartment. Front garden with dirty furniture and not taken care, its not the terrace you want to spend time. Hot & cold water mixer not working
