About this house rental
Large stone house completely renovated, ideal for family holidays. The house is located about 2 km from the beaches of Kerfany and Trenez, and close to the GR34.
The house consists of a main part comprising:
- On the first floor: an entrance, a laundry room, a large dining room - fitted kitchen with central island and equipped (fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher), a living room, a toilet
- Upstairs: a bedroom (1 bed 160x200 with duvet) with private shower room and toilet, two bedrooms (1 bed 140x200, with duvet), a bedroom (2 beds 90x200, with duvet), a bathroom, separate toilet;
And an outbuilding with access from the main house, comprising, a bedroom (1 bed 160x200, with duvet) with private shower room, a bedroom (1 bed 140x190, with duvet), a shower room with WC. The bedrooms communicate with each other and each have access from the outside.
Very large secure enclosed garden with terrace with views of the countryside.
Equipment: WIFI, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, baby equipment (2 beds + 2 high chairs)

To be paid on your arrival:
- Tourist tax (day/adult): 4% of the cost of the night per occupant
