In Brittany, in southern Finistère, in Le Pouldu, rent a superb historic villa built in 1909 and completely renovated.
Ideally located right in the center, between Les Grands Sables and Bellangenêt, directly across from the market and the water sports center.
Three of the four bedrooms have ocean views.
Accommodation
This exceptional villa features, on the first floor, a bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed and its own shower room, a living room (TV, stereo, Wi-Fi), a dining room seating 8 people that opens onto a central island/bar seating 4, and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, American-style refrigerator, induction cooktop, oven, microwave), and a separate toilet with a sink
Upstairs
A master suite with a 160x190 bed and its own shower room.
A large bedroom (160x190) and a third bedroom consisting of a “sleeping alcove” with 2 beds (160x190) and 2 beds (90x190).
A bathroom with a semi-freestanding bathtub and a separate toilet with a sink.
Garden side
You have access to two terraces: one facing the street for lunchtime and another facing the garden for evenings, each with outdoor seating that can accommodate up to 12 people. In the garden, which is sunny all day long, you’ll also find a hammock and a lounge chair. A barbecue is also available for your use.
The secure courtyard with a gate can accommodate 4 vehicles, plus there are public parking spots in front of the house.
