Le Pouldu - "Les Alouettes," a large Breton house 100 meters from the beach

Our large, authentic Breton house, measuring 140 m² (4 bedrooms, including a dormitory with bunk beds; sleeps up to 12 people), set in a wooded, fenced-in garden, welcomes you year-round.

Just 100 meters down a cul-de-sac, Kérou Beach is stunning with its light and imposing rocks, which give this magical place its charm. A little corner of Finistère where the cliffs along the coastal path—just a stone’s throw from the house—offer a splendid view of the ocean.

A two-story house featuring, on the first floor, a large living area opening onto an open-concept, fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster) and a sitting area with a wood-burning stove.
Directly accessible from the living room is a bedroom with a double bed and its own bathroom (shower and sink).
Upstairs, a small hallway leads to bedroom 2 with a double bed, bedroom 3 with a double bed and a crib, and bedroom 4—known as the dormitory—with three sets of two bunk beds. Bedrooms 3 and 4 each have a sink. Finally, a bathroom with a bathtub, sink, and toilet completes the floor.

Bedding comfort:
Duvets, mattress protectors, and pillows provided.
A bedding package can be reserved for an additional fee.

A security deposit check for 600 euros will be required for each rental.

Activities:
- Sailing, surfing, and stand-up paddleboarding school.
- Canoeing and kayaking on the Laïta River.
- Ferries to Groix Island departing from Lorient (30 minutes away) and to the Glénans Archipelago departing from Concarneau (45 min)

During school breaks, we prefer weekly rentals or extended weekends
