About this house rental
A beautiful house in Cabellou, Concarneau, on the GR34 coastal trail. The house is located at the foot of Kersaux Cove, 300 meters from Belle Etoile Beach—one of the most beautiful beaches in Cabellou, featuring a tobacco shop/café, a wine cellar, and a terrace.
Enjoy our 600-square-meter enclosed garden for afternoon pétanque and barbecues, our south-facing veranda to take in the sunsets, and our modern, clean, and spacious home. We offer a fully equipped kitchen with a large American-style fridge-freezer. Seats up to 12 guests. Dishwasher, oven, microwave, and 5-burner gas stove. Living room with a sofa, armchairs, and ottomans. A wood-burning stove makes for a very cozy winter evening. Separate toilets on each floor, and 2 bathrooms with showers.
Our home has 7 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 12 people, making it ideal for family vacations. More attractive rates for smaller groups or couples. High-end home and amenities; new bedding protected by mattress protectors. Bedding and linens included.
Ideally located in a very quiet and sought-after neighborhood. Just a few minutes from the Cabellou beaches, you can also enjoy numerous coastal walks (Cabellou, Minaouët, Porzou). The center of Concarneau and its old town are accessible on foot via the coastal path in 25 minutes, or in 10 minutes by bike or car. You can go kayaking or stand-up paddleboarding at high tide right from the front of the house.
No parking issues (even in the summer): 4 parking spaces are available in front of the house. 3 additional spaces are available in the driveway (enclosed and private) if needed.
