About this villa rental
Villa 179 is a large, spacious 4 bedroom villa in the Western Algarve that provides space for 8 guests across 4 large en-suite bedrooms. Equipped with every imaginable amenity, including a private heated pool, and large garden, this property represents the height of luxury self catering accommodation.
The villa is located in Parque da Floresta, now known as Santo Antonio Villas, Golf & Spa, a high quality resort in the beautiful Western Algarve, situated on a golf course and located less than 5 mins from a range of stunning beaches. Santo Antonio Villas, Golf & Spa also boasts a tennis academy, gym and Spa.
There are a vast selection of restaurants in Santo Antonio Villas, Golf & Spa and the surroundings.
Indoors:
The first floor comprises of a large open plan living and dining area with access to four balconies to make the most of sunlight throughout the day. The fully equipped kitchen incorporates marble countertops and a range of modern, premium appliances including a large fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and fan oven. The four large, bright bedrooms are situated on the ground floor, three of which have patio doors allowing direct access to the pool. The accommodation includes two double and two twin rooms, all with ensuite bath and shower rooms.
Outside:
Well tended split level gardens surround a tiled 10x5m heated pool and large terrace with sun loungers and poolside shower. Shade available at all times throughout the day. A large traditional Portuguese BBQ area with outdoor furniture is directly accessible from the main first floor living space. Private car port to the front of the property.
Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service:
Towels (including beach towels) and linen are provided. Included in price is a twice weekly maid service, twice weekly towel change. Weekly linen change. This can be increased for an additional charge and at time of booking.
Wireless Internet & Cable Television:
High Speed Wireless internet is available throughout the villa and guests have access to a wide range of television channels via the wide screen television in the main living area.

We had a wonderful time at Paul’s place. It looked even better than the pictures. Also the area was perfect. Beaches and other facilities are close by. The communication was very good and pleasant. I recommend this place very highly. Thanks for a great time.

This was a lovely house and exactly as described. Paul was a very responsive host, and very kind to allow us to extend check in and out times around our flights. The local cleaning team were also great and communication was easy. Weather was variable when we were there, but it didn't matter - the pool was warm enough to use in all weathers. Couldn't recommend it more!

The villa was great because of facilities and location. It was our 4th stay in san antonio budens and we love this place because of golf, salema beach and great food. The service at the villa by carmo was superb. Will come back again

Lovely spacious villa with fabulous pool in the hills behind Salema.
Even nicer than it appears in the pictures.
Plenty of room for the six of us.
Nicely decorated and well maintained.
