The nearest beach is "Cabanas Velhas" - an 8 minute walk from the villa - with beach bar and restaurant.
User-friendly kitchen on the entrance level adjoining a large sitting room with sea views. The villa has fast fiber internet and international television and sports channels. The entrance level also has one twin bedroom with ensuite and a separate WC

Upstairs from the entrance level are two more bedrooms - master bedroom and another twin room - both with ensuite

Downstairs from the entrance level is one more very large bedroom with 4 single beds and again ensuite.

From the downstairs level you have access to the pool area a 12 x 6 meter infinity pool with electric cover, hot tub, sauna and pool table.

From the pool area you can access the garden area beyond.

Coffee machine type: filter coffee, Delta capsule, Mocha coffee maker.
Guests can arrive and depart on any day of the week, but in busy times we will favor arrival dates which maximize our occupancy.

Optional pool heating:
- €30/night (October to May)
- €20/night (Summer months)

Optional hot tub heating:
- €15 per day all year

E-cars: if you will be charging your EV or hybrid during your stay, then please let us know only we can charge you for the total electricity consumed during your stay.
Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll request some important information, like arrival and departure time, any special needs and your contact details. Then we'll send you the check in instructions, including the House Book, directions, maps and our contact information.

Guests can "self check in" using the key box for more convenience.
