Fantastic views of the ocean Really well equipped, clean and nice furnishings.

Check in. We had a very early flight and waited in the heat until check in. At the very least luggage store would have been welcome. Check out. 10am feels early when you are on holiday.

Insgesamt war die Unterkunft in Ordnung, allerdings möchte ich auf eine wichtige Information hinweisen, die zukünftige Gäste unbedingt beachten sollten: Der Check-in zwischen 20:00 und 22:00 Uhr kostet zusätzlich 20 €. Nach 22:00 Uhr ist ein Check-in überhaupt nicht mehr möglich. Wer aufgrund von Flug-, Bahn- oder Verkehrsverspätungen später ankommt, kann die Unterkunft nicht mehr beziehen und verliert unter Umständen eine bereits bezahlte Nacht. Diese Regelung sollte man vor der Buchung unbedingt berücksichtigen und die Anreise entsprechend planen. Mir persönlich hat sie leider eine Übernachtung gekostet.

In a great location. Also, the property was spacious, modern with excellent facilities.

We stayed for a week and would have appreciated a change of bed linen mid week and the bathroom and floors being cleaned at least once during our stay.

Property location and balcony with sea view were great. Bathroom was spacious and kitchen well equipped.

Host was stressed due to his colleagues being off sick and he got quite upset when we were late for our agreed arrival slot at 12:15. Our host had been pushing us to give him an arrival time from the day we booked 4 days prior so we had agreed without realising how rigid he was. On our arrival day, we had been on a beech further up the coast which didn't have mobile coverage so were unable to call him until midday to say we would be a bit late. Our host then "rearranged" our check in for 14:00 after giving us a stern lecture. Why can't they offer a fixed arrival window (like 3 to 6pm) like other places we stayed at during this holiday? The other downside was that the ground floor bedroom window was directly in front of a bar and end with the window closed and shutter down, we could clearly hear people outside the window until late.
