About this villa rental
Casa Lontra sleeps eight people (4 bedrooms) and has its own swimming pool which can be heated on request and wonderful sea views. The villa is located in the established and peaceful area of Luz Parque and is 1.5km from the beach and village. The villa is a light and breezy home with two wonderful terrace areas. The terrace area around the swimming pool can be secured enabling little ones to play safely in the garden or on the main terrace. There is plenty of Baby/toddler equipment to borrow along with toys and books for all ages. There are many golf courses within a half hour drive of the villa, and even more if you are happy to go further afield. Please note central heating is not included as it is not necessary in the summer. It can be added as an extra.

This is by far the best villa we have stayed in, in a long while. The villa was clean and tidy, the beds were comfortable, and the pool was warm. It was a really nice touch to be welcomed by a postcard and bottle of wine from the owners. We were visiting with 3 young children, 2yrs, 3yrs and 6yrs and 5 adults. There were plenty of toys, games and books for the children and adults alike, and we loved the little message in the games cupboard from the owners children lol. The management company came by to check everything was ok on two occasions, and they were both lovely and helpful. Although there is a bus route nearby, we did hire a car for half of our stay, which we could park conveniently on the driveway. The kids absolutely loved the pool, and my son (the 2yr old) really progresses with him skill, which was lovely to see. We were extremely delighted with this house! It worked perfectly for our family. It felt comfortable and cozy. We used the pool a little bit (still a bit too cool), and it was very nice. The views are incredible - much more panoramic and beautiful than the pictures on the website. Very calming and peaceful on the patio. The management company was awesome too; I felt like I had a lot of questions and requests and they were always dealt with timely and with a great deal of courtesy. Highly recommended and we hope to be back.

We had a wonderful time at Casa Lontra - it is so spacious, comfortable and beautiful. It is very well looked after and having someone who calls in is really helpful, the villa rental company even helped with getting covid testing organised! We were helped further by the fantastic weather, and the fact that we had not been able to meet for so long - which made it all the more exciting. Thanks Claire!
