About this villa rental
Surrounded by private grounds and fragrant gardens, this beautiful detached villa is located in a quiet residential area overlooking Luz Bay.
The spacious modern villa has a large solar heated pool and delightful poolside kitchen with a lovely al fresco dining area. It has 4 bedrooms and sleeps 8.
The villa is located in a quiet residential area and the gated entrance with intercom leads to a large parking area at the rear of the villa. The grounds and garden surrounding the villa are richly planted and well maintained and there is a fabulous barbeque kitchen with a table and chairs alongside for atmospheric meals beside the pool.
An imposing front entrance leads to a large attractive hallway and the 4 bedrooms are all on this level, each with a private terrace and garden view. Stairs from the hallway lead to the bright, spacious lounge and dining areas, separate kitchen and a guest bathroom.
The large open plan living area is upstairs to make the most of the lovely mountain and sea views. The lounge is bright and modern in style and furnished with white leather couches with large wall mounted TV, music system and a wall mounted stove. For convenience there is a small bathroom on this level close to the lounge.
The dining area has glass topped table and stylish leather dining chairs and it has sliding doors to a sunny veranda with another table chairs for al fresco dining with lovely views with optional shade.
The generously sized kitchen off the dining room is light and airy and opens onto a sunny veranda, and there are sea and pool views from the kitchen window. The kitchen is excellently equipped and it also has a breakfast bar and a wall-mounted TV. A separate laundry area in the basement has a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The Master Bedroom has a king-size bed, built-in wardrobe and a large en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi-bath, shower, bidet and toilet.
Bedroom 2 has a king-size bed, built-in wardrobe and an en-suite shower and toilet and sliding doors to patio.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 have twin beds, built-in wardrobes and doors to patio area.
The villa boasts a huge solar heated pool, 32 ft x 14 ft and there is pool shower and lots of surrounding patio space for sunbathing. Beside the pool is an absolutely wonderful BBQ kitchen with table and chairs.
The villa is air conditioned throughout. It has underfloor heating, and electric shutters.
This is a very superb villa with everything you need for a very special relaxing holiday away from it all with every modern convenience!

This was a lovely retreat place with excellent amenities and lots of space for our adult family to spread out and enjoy swimming by the pool, morning coffee on the balcony, family meal and games at the spacious dinner table, and cozy couches and chairs for lounging in while we read or napped. The single bed mattresses were a bit uncomfortable. The Spar grocery store was only a 20 min walk and provided gluten free and vegan options for us. The beach and restaurants were about 30min away and we used Uber several times so a car might be convenient for some people. The local contact, Clara, was very prompt to reply any time we had questions. We highly recommend this delightful place.

The villa exceeded our expectations. It was spacious and comfortable and well equipped with everything we could possibly need. The pool was a great hit with all the family and the outside kitchen/bbq were perfect for family meals Al fresco. Communication with the owner was excellent with all our queries answered promptly. A wonderful 3 generational holiday was had by all.

Lovely large modern house. Found a lack of information about how to use things such as turning on the jacuzzi and in fact, even how to exit the gate! Lots of confusing light switches too. In particular some night light

A lovely villa with lots of space for our two families. Has everything you need. Great pool and bbq area. A 15 minute stroll downhill to Luz.
