About this villa rental
Surrounded by private grounds and fragrant gardens, this beautiful detached villa is located in a quiet residential area overlooking Luz Bay.
The spacious modern villa has a large solar heated pool and delightful poolside kitchen with a lovely al fresco dining area. It has 4 bedrooms and sleeps 8.
The villa is located in a quiet residential area and the gated entrance with intercom leads to a large parking area at the rear of the villa. The grounds and garden surrounding the villa are richly planted and well maintained and there is a fabulous barbeque kitchen with a table and chairs alongside for atmospheric meals beside the pool.
An imposing front entrance leads to a large attractive hallway and the 4 bedrooms are all on this level, each with a private terrace and garden view. Stairs from the hallway lead to the bright, spacious lounge and dining areas, separate kitchen and a guest bathroom.
The large open plan living area is upstairs to make the most of the lovely mountain and sea views. The lounge is bright and modern in style and furnished with white leather couches with large wall mounted TV, music system and a wall mounted stove. For convenience there is a small bathroom on this level close to the lounge.
The dining area has glass topped table and stylish leather dining chairs and it has sliding doors to a sunny veranda with another table chairs for al fresco dining with lovely views with optional shade.
The generously sized kitchen off the dining room is light and airy and opens onto a sunny veranda, and there are sea and pool views from the kitchen window. The kitchen is excellently equipped and it also has a breakfast bar and a wall-mounted TV. A separate laundry area in the basement has a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The Master Bedroom has a king-size bed, built-in wardrobe and a large en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi-bath, shower, bidet and toilet.
Bedroom 2 has a king-size bed, built-in wardrobe and an en-suite shower and toilet and sliding doors to patio.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 have twin beds, built-in wardrobes and doors to patio area.
The villa boasts a huge solar heated pool, 32 ft x 14 ft and there is pool shower and lots of surrounding patio space for sunbathing. Beside the pool is an absolutely wonderful BBQ kitchen with table and chairs.
The villa is air conditioned throughout. It has underfloor heating, and electric shutters.

The villa exceeded our expectations. It was spacious and comfortable and well equipped with everything we could possibly need. The pool was a great hit with all the family and the outside kitchen/bbq were perfect for family meals Al fresco. Communication with the owner was excellent with all our queries answered promptly. A wonderful 3 generational holiday was had by all.

Lovely large modern house. Found a lack of information about how to use things such as turning on the jacuzzi and in fact, even how to exit the gate! Lots of confusing light switches too. In particular some night light

A lovely villa with lots of space for our two families. Has everything you need. Great pool and bbq area. A 15 minute stroll downhill to Luz.

Beautiful villa. Fantastic space for a family holiday with teenage/adult sons. Lovely pool and outside space to chill, including BBQ. Plenty plates/cups/glasses for self-catering, and WiFi, TV appreciated by the boys! Love this part of the Algarve and know it well. The villa is fantastically placed to walk to the town for restaurants/bars as well as padel (booked courts) in town, beach, jet skis (not included!) and water parks, go karting etcAll in all a fabulous place to stay. Thank you for letting us make your home ours.
