About this villa rental
Paradise holiday spot for families with private swimming pool, spacious outdoor dining area with BBQ, and lush mature garden. Modern 4 bedroom villa with special layout, providing ideal sun exposure and use of the outdoor area. Walled and gated and set amongst other villas in a quiet area of Praia da Luz, short distance to restaurants, shops and the beach.
Upon entering this lovely home, you are welcomed by brightness and stylish decoration. The hall leads to the lounge with large sofa and patio doors to the terrace and pool area. From here, you can watch your children playing in the pool, while relaxing in the shade. Modern see-through wooden fire place is a unique design feature, connecting the lounge and dining room.
The very spacious kitchen is fully equipped and has adjacent laundry room and patio door out to the south-east facing terrace and garden. This might be your preferred spot for an outdoor morning coffee break.
On the ground floor can be also found a double bedroom, with en-suite shower room. A separate toilet is accessed from the entry hall.
