We have renovated this classic 1950 duplex style cottage -
this listing features the 1BR West Unit complete with a new kitchen, beautiful bath with walk-in tiled shower, spacious dining and living rooms, and Best of all - an old fashion front porch to enjoy the island breeze and views of the beach.
Unit features a very comfortable queen bed, and now a brand new, easy to use sofa bed that slides out and up. Much more comfortable.
We have been renting island cottages all this same street for almost 25 years! Details of them all are listed down below.
The East side of the cottage is a 2BR unit that can be rented separately or combined with the West Unit.

Easy 5 minute stroll up to Historic Bridge Street with lots of local restaurants and shops, and entertainment.
Bike the trails along the beach. Enjoy the gorgeous parks. Stroll the trails of the mangrove preserves.

What a lovely cottage!! We had a glorious 2 week stay. Although there was street construction right in front, we were made aware and totally prepared. It was not an issue. The place was clean, and everything we needed was at our finger tips. The host was available to answer any questions we had. Definitely want to rent again. Thanks😊
