This beautiful vacation home features a total of approximately 95 m² of living space spread over two levels and, with its high-quality amenities, offers a charming temporary home for up to 8 people.
On the first floor, you’ll find the spacious living/dining room with a dining table for the whole family, a sitting area with a wood-burning stove, a large-screen flat-panel TV with a DVD player, and a stereo system. Electric underfloor heating ensures comfortable temperatures year-round. The kitchenette integrated into the living area not only looks chic but is also perfectly equipped with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave, and various small appliances. You can relax on the large terrace out front.
On the first floor, you’ll also find a spacious bathroom with a shower/toilet, a bathtub with a whirlpool function, a private sauna, and a washing machine, as well as one of the three bedrooms, furnished with a comfortable double bed.
A few steps up on the upper floor, two more bedrooms await you beneath cozy sloping ceilings—one with a double bed, the other with two single beds. From the covered balcony, you can see the Baltic Sea glistening enticingly through the fragrant dune pines. Just a few steps through the small dune forest, and you’re at the sea—it doesn’t get much better than this. A second bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as a cozy sofa bed on the open loft (which can accommodate two people) round out this floor.

• The house includes a reserved parking space with a wallbox for charging your electric car (billed based on usage) as well as bicycle storage.
• Balcony and patio furniture is available seasonally—typically from May through the end of September.
