Welcome to Cook's Brook Cottage! This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in Eastham is the ideal vacation home for beach lovers. A five minute walk down a quiet street takes you to Cook's Brook Beach on Cape Cod Bay, known locally for its captivating sunsets. Not only is the home in a dreamy location, but it was completely remodeled in 2023. Every square inch of the home was maximized, and it was transformed into a stylish and contemporary haven! The spaces are elegant, bright, and up to date. The combination of the proximity to the beach, paired with the luxury of the space makes Cook's Brook Cottage difficult to compare.
Walking through the front door, you enter the living room. The rooms boasts cathedral ceilings, a new gas fireplace, and gorgeous wooden beams. There is comfortable, sophisticated furnishings and a 43 inch flat screen smart TV. The living rooms flows into the kitchen, where there is seating for two at the counter, perfect for a romantic breakfast. The bright white room has a beautiful deep blue tile backsplash, and modern appliances. Off of the kitchen, you find a sun porch that is utilized as a dining room. The table is extendable so the whole family can gather around. Outside, there is a fenced in yard and a sizeable deck with a gas grill, outdoor dining table, adirondak chairs, and two large tilting umbrellas for shade. Another fantastic outdoor amenity is the completely enclosed outdoor shower, which is a wonderful place to rinse away the sand after a long day at the beach!
The first bedroom has two twin beds, and they can be combined to make a King to suite your needs. Continue down the hall to a second bedroom, which has a queen bed. Both rooms offer a dresser and a closet for your storage needs. The first bathroom serves these rooms, and has a stand up shower with a glass door. Continuing further through the home, you find a stackable washer and dryer on your left, and an office nook for remote work on your right. At the end of the hall, the lovely primary bedroom with an inviting king size bed reveals itself. The room has vaulted ceilings with a built in fan, as well as a private ensuite bathroom. Cook's Brook Cottage is a wonderful clean space to spend a vacation.
