We reached at night and the road to the home was pitch dark with no street lights . The outside of the house was pitch dark and seemed creepy. But once you arrive inside and turn on all the lights, it changes into a beautiful home. Yes the furniture is dated and the deck is worn but overall the view makes up for it. The host provided towels, dish soap, soap, sponge, mini shampoo and conditioner. The stairs to beach were down and accessible. We went on March 29 and noticed the tides come in and the beach disappears mid morning and comes back evening. We also had rainy cold weekend so the beach was windy and cold . And the beach being all wet from tides coming in doesn’t help. I like how they provide beds it’s perfect for a big group . There was 4 twin beds in one room, then another room with two twin beds and master bedroom with one queen bed with an attached bathroom. Maximum 8 adults and one kid(5 and below ) They provided two kayak with paddles and 1 fish net and lots of beach floats. Unfortunately they were all useless with the weather we had. The heating and cooling is new and easy to control. The home has beautiful views and beach access. We had a great time.
Con: the toilet handle was on verge of breaking

The curtains don’t cover the windows nor deck doors. No privacy.

The location was absolutely beautiful. I visited in the winter months, but there were kayaks available for the warmer time of year. The sunsets were incredible, and the beach was quiet and relaxing. Pet friendly is a huge plus for me! You can’t beat the location and beautiful deck overlooking the water.
Some of the appliances and furniture were a bit dated, but everything was functional. We did not use the grill, but it looked like it needed to be replaced. The heat was a little inconsistent. Two bedrooms were freezing and one was very hot. It would be nice to switch the bedding to heavier comforters for the colder months. The light switches were a little confusing too. The outdoor lights were also very dim.
