Faltan platos y cubiertos. No había carbón ni pastillas para encender la barbacoa, ni leña pequeña. Y faltan utensilios para la barbacoa

Our stay was perfect! Casa Sol Nascente Is a great place to stay, perfect for families or a group, we were very happy with the spacious rooms the kitchen, bathrooms and all facilities, the added Bonus of the roof terrace which we enjoyed dinner whilst watching the sunset Was very happy with our host Rose, very helpful always at hand via WhatsApp if we had any questions she made us feel more than welcome to stay We Highly reommend this Accommodation!!!

Comfortable beds and living room. The balcony adjacent to the living room is perfect for morning sun and a coffee. It was nice that basic provisions, like oil, vinegar, coffee capsules, crisp bread etc. were provided. Everything you need is there. The apartment is situated in a nice quiet community just outside Silves. A great place to relax and treat as a base for exploring the area.

There isn't a safe way to walk into Silves. You do need a car. Although the trip is only about 5 minutes. The upstairs terrace is really nice but has a fixed roof. That would be fine in summer when it's really hot, but in spring it would be nice to get a bit more sun.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento durante l'ultima settimana di dicembre. L’alloggio è carino: situato al primo piano con ingresso indipendente, si presenta ampio e luminoso, con tre camere da letto, due bagni, soggiorno e cucina. Molto pratica la presenza di un posto auto riservato proprio davanti all'ingresso. La posizione è strategica e rappresenta un ottimo punto di partenza per esplorare l'Algarve, sebbene sia necessario disporre di un’auto. Non fosse stato per quanto descritto sotto, il soggiorno nell'alloggio sarebbe stato decisamente gradevole.

L’appartamento è privo di un sistema di riscaldamento funzionante. Nonostante la presenza dei caloriferi, l’impianto è fuori uso a causa della vetustà dell'immobile, circostanza confermata dall’host stesso. L’unica fonte di calore è costituita dai condizionatori in modalità pompa di calore, presenti esclusivamente nelle tre camere da letto. Soggiorno, cucina e bagni sono sprovvisti di split, rendendo la climatizzazione del tutto insufficiente per l’intera superficie dell'abitazione. Al nostro arrivo la temperatura interna era di 13 gradi. Dopo 48 ore di accensione ininterrotta, siamo riusciti a raggiungere solo i 18 gradi, pur avendo isolato il soggiorno e un bagno per tentare di concentrare il calore negli altri ambienti. Riteniamo l’immobile inadeguato alla locazione invernale, anche in un contesto climatico mite come quello del sud del Portogallo.
