Such a perfect house for family or friends to hang out and enjoy the days by the pool, and the host was super helpful and easy to communicate with

This is a phenomenal property with even more space than the pictures show. The facilities are excellent and the air conditioning was very muchly appreciated as the beautiful Portuguese weather was very warm, perfect for going in the pool or hot tub/jacuzzi too. The kitchen is well equipped and the utility room is useful and has a good door which provides soundproofing for when the washing machine is in use etc. The villa was spotless when we arrived and is easy to keep clean when using. The layout is arranged very well over three floors plus the outside decking area giving lots of space for everyone.

There wasn’t anything to dislike. Any minor queries we had were dealt with immediately by Catrina who was extremely helpful.

- very clean - lots of space - pool area was lovely lots of outdoor furniture -nice sized kitchen with lots of kitchenware - comfy beds all good sizes - supermarkets a short walk away -Ubers/Bolts are easy to get (Albuferia a 20 mins journey away) -pool table was a big hit with a lot of the guests

Only thing was dogs barking from surrounding villas but we think maybe to get rid of rats. Heard rats under the decking at night and saw rats around the bbq area and in bushes this was only at night time though.

The property was in a an excellent location, very spacious and clean. The host Catarina answered any questions promptly. We will definitely be coming back
