The Jolie - Lava Pools Apartments

Apartamento espectacular, moderno y con todas las comodidades El apartamento es una auténtica pasada. Muy moderno, precioso, espacioso y equipado con absolutamente todo lo necesario. Todo se ve muy nuevo y cuidado, y dispone de todo tipo de electrodomésticos: lavadora, secadora, lavavajillas y una zona de lavandería independiente, además de una cocina equipada (aunque le faltaban algunos utensilios para cocinar) La cama es enorme y muy cómoda, y la terraza es espectacular, con unas vistas preciosas hacia las piscinas naturales, el mar y las montañas. Un lujo poder desayunar o relajarse allí disfrutando del paisaje. Otro de los grandes puntos a favor es la plaza de parking con acceso directo al apartamento. En una zona tan concurrida como Porto Moniz, donde aparcar puede ser complicado, nos pareció comodísimo y marcó muchísimo la diferencia. La ubicación es perfecta: tienes todos los servicios literalmente al lado y puedes moverte por Porto Moniz andando sin necesidad de coger el coche. En conjunto, un apartamento de lujo, comodísimo, precioso y con una ubicación inmejorable. Nos ha encantado la estancia

Appartamento pulito, posizione ottima, centrale, con supermercato ben fornito a 30 metri, le piscine laguna a pagamento (€ 3) sono a 50 metri a 100 metri ci sono quelle con accesso libero. Appartamento completo veramente di tutto, valore aggiunto lavatrice con detersivo disponibile. Confort rumori, ottimo. Ottimo il servizio del parcheggio praticamente dietro casa accessibile con tessera consegnata assieme alle chiavi di casa quindi mai avuto problemi di parcheggiare. Le istruzioni per il check in sono chiare ma vanno lette e applicate passo passo senza fretta. In generale le informazioni ricevute dopo il check in relative all'utilizzo dell'appartamento sono molto complete e chiare.

Una coppia di asciugamani a persona per 3 notti forse sono un pò pochi, sarebbero graditi qualche pezzo in più.

Bit difficult to find, confusing instructions

the location is super central, you only need 2 min to get to the natural pools, which are excellent. also, you have a supermarket and a couple of (mediocre) restaurants right around the corner.

the apartment is located above a street with cars driving by regularly, that make a lot of noise. I think it might be due to the balcony or structure of the building, but it sounds like the cars are driving right through the apartment. this is especially annoying at night if you are a light sleeper (not many cars drive by in the middle of the night though) the other main thing that stuck out, was that there is no A/C and the room heats up so fast, that you can barely stay inside after 9am. the other issue is, that the street in front of the apartment is super bright, also due to a hotel being right across the street, which means that you can either sleep with some fresh air coming in, but then the room is very bright at night or you can close the curtains but then suffer in the heat. we did have around 30 degrees when we were there, so likely it is not as much of an issue in winter. last but not least the bathroom could have been cleaner. I had to clean the toilet myself as there were stains when we arrived. the sink didn’t drain well, which has not been fixed while we were there.
